Our Summer Football Training has been modified to stay in compliance with the most up-to-date social distancing guidelines.
The Wildcat Football Training Camp provides an excellent opportunity for all athletes to prepare for the upcoming season.
Under the direction of Coach Andrews and his experienced staff, camp participants can expect to see improvements in strength, speed, agility, explosiveness, coordination, and the fundamentals of football.
Summer activities include:
Strength Training - Strictly Body weight exercises until the district advances us to the next phase of training.
"Chalk Talk" & Film Study - To be held over Zoom/Video conferences
In adherence with social distancing guidelines, all camp participants will be divided into 2 Waves which will work out at different times.
WAVE A = 3:00pm - 3:45pm
WAVE B = 4:00pm - 4:45pm
Each wave will be further split into 3 pods of up to 12 players, who will remain together for the duration of summer workouts.
Camp starts on Monday, 6/15 at 3:00pm
The locker room and other team areas will not be available at this time. Campers are required to show up ready to work out:
• Workout clothes
• Tennis/running shoes
• Football cleats
• Water bottle

• If paying by check, please make it out to Wildcat Football Training. Checks can be mailed to the school to the attention of Coach Andrews, or submitted by hand on the camper's first day.
• Financial Assistance is available on an as-needed basis. Contact us through the message box below for information on how to apply for financial assistance.
• Participation in this camp does not secure a spot on any of Woodside's football teams OR guarantee playing time. However, it does put participants in the best position possible to make meaningful contributions on the field.
